As an HWCA graduate who loves connecting with her clients. I specialize in empowering women over 40 identify triggers that may be causing imbalances in their lives. 

 We focus on proper nutrition, sleep and restoration, low impact movement, possible trapped emotions and healing the gut lining. 

I have experience with the genetic expression, hormonal imbalances, adrenal fatigue, stubborn weight gain and other autoimmune issues. 

It comes down to a passion to educate, empower and HEAL throughout this entire journey called LIFE. I love helping people take back control over their health.
